We are a Class A International Contractor, so we are licensed for any type of building project*. We can setup your new mobile home, re-level your existing home. The only exception is loading Freon in HVAC systems. But we do service all other aspects of your heating & cooling systems.
Due to time restraints, there is an estimate fee, but you will receive a discount on the work once it is complete. For repairs or service calls, we charge $75.00 for the first half hour, and $75.00 per hour thereafter, plus any needed parts. 50% down payment is required to be put on the schedule.
Mobile Home Purchase for Resale / Haul-Off for Scrap
We buy mobile homes for resale or we can haul them off for scrap.
Mobile homes we purchase must be 1980 or newer and they must have a legal title. We buy based on N.A.D.A. values. We are competitive and will try very hard to make you a great deal.
We haul-away mobile homes for disposal. Any home that is pre-1980 is generally a “disposal only”. “Disposal only” means you pay us a flat disposal fee of $1,800.00, for a single-wide (local within the Hutchinson area); and we dispose of your home. For us to haul away your home, the home must still be roadworthy and empty before we can haul off. We do not buy mobile homes that include land.

Mobile Home Appraisals
We have performed written mobile home appraisals for many years- for many banks, investors, insurance companies, and sellers. Mobile homes are personal property and as such, don’t fall under the guidelines of a real-estate appraiser.
Appraisals are based on the knowledge and experience of the appraiser. Our appraiser uses current N.A.D.A. values and is licensed in the following areas:
- Has been a licensed mobile home dealer for 32 years
- Is a class A International Contractor
- Is a Kansas licensed manufactured home installer
- Is a Master Electrician
- Is a licensed Reno County Wastewater Contractor
- Has been a licensed mobile home transporter for 32 years.
All of these licenses, and the related experience, create excellent appraisal skills. In addition, our appraiser has personally owned over 1000 mobile homes and over 30 mobile home parks.

Mobile Home Winterization
Mobile Home winterization is a necessity in Kansas. It is a good idea to have this winterization completed prior to December 1st. We charge $75.00 for the first half hour, and $75.00 per hour thereafter, plus any needed parts. We inspect your heat tape, underbelly, and general insulation system.
A typical mobile home will cost $200-$350 to have it properly winterized. Compared to an after-hours emergency call due to freezing weather, as well as the terrible inconvenience of being without water, this investment in your property is quite inexpensive.
Mobile Home Backhoe Services
We use a large well-equipped Case 490 with extend-a-hoe to perform any backhoe services. Our rates of $95.00 per hour (with a minimum job of $250.00) are more competitive than most companies who often use smaller, inadequate machines.
Our operator is a Class A International contractor, and a Reno Co. Septic System Installer. This additional knowledge can be extremely helpful. And, there is no extra charge for the experience or knowledge!
Mobile Home Septic Tanks & Wells
We are a Reno County licensed wastewater contractor. We install and service septic tank, lateral lines, and lagoons.
While we don’t drill wells, we would be happy to fix or service yours.
